MY PURCHASE PROCESS GENERATES AN ERROR

The most common errors are typos. Please, check that you have typed in the right details, both in your payment method and in your shipping address.

I MADE A MISTAKE TYPING THE MAILING ADDRESS

Contact us immediately at help@notbaddays.com.mx. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee we will make the change in time. Changes in the mailing address may cause delays in the process and/or ETA.

WHY IS MY ORDER STATUS NOT UPDATING?

Your order may be withheld due to an error in the mailing address, to an invalid address, or to the payment process via PayPal. Please, check your inbox to see if we have emailed you regarding a problem of this sort.

HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

We use Fedex for our free shipping. The ETA will depend on the mailing address, and it will take from 5 to 7 days. You will know the exact time as soon as we send you the tracking number to trace your order. For express deliveries (48 to 72 hours), we use DHL.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

Free standard shipping (5 to 7 days) throughout the country. For express deliveries (48 to 72 hours), the cost is $189 MXN. International shipping prices will depend on the target country, you can estimate the shipping price with DHL International during the purchase process.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

We will send you the tracking number as soon as the package leaves our headquarters.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Certainly. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange it or ask for a refund within 30 days from purchase. The brand will cover the shipping expenses, as long as the product has not been used and remains in good conditions.

Any manufacturing defect you may find in an NBD product must be reported. Let us know so we perform a pick-up to either fix it or send you a new one.
